Joe DiPenta, a former Cole Harbour Major Midget player as well as a long time resident of Cole Harbour, hoisted the Stanley Cup over his head as a member of the Anaheim Ducks. Joe played for the Cole Harbour organization in the 1994/95 season. That same year, he also played on the Nova Scotia Canada Games Team coached by current McCain Coaches, Steve Crowell and Bob Mayo.
